Preliminary measurements are informational estimates. Verified reports are intended to improve confidence but must still be reviewed against actual site conditions before final material ordering or installation decisions.

Customer responsibility

The customer is responsible for confirming property address, structure selection, roof access needs, local code requirements, and final material decisions with a qualified roofing professional.

Service limits

Imagery quality, tree cover, snow, recent construction, complex roof shapes, and attached structures may affect accuracy. We may request additional review or provide a verified report workflow where available.

Account access

Admin users are responsible for protecting credentials and keeping gateway, SMTP, SMS, and report-provider keys secure.
